As with any company we have vacancies from time to time. For us at PAL Hire it is opportunity to bring new talent to a growing team. We are only as good as our team so we are looking for an Office Administrator / Business Support Executive and a Sales Ledger Administrator to add to our already fabulous complement of staff.

Being a Nationwide Tool, Machinery and Plant hire company we deal with people the length and breadth of the UK as we help them solve their problems, like digging holes, reaching great heights, building communities, strengthening the Northern Powerhouse, Connecting Major Cities and keeping our countries infrastructure intact. All of this requires some hefty administration and sales ledgerising (there isn’t such a word – but the head of finance said we could use it).

Our finance team is growing and changing as the needs of the business develops. As a Sales Ledger / Administrator you will be joining a small but perfectly formed finance department. You are going to be at the front end of our finance team, communicating and dealing with our valued customers. Everything is about getting the job done with us, we put our customers first but ensure that all contracts and financial aspects are by the book. You are going to need finance experience in a similar role. There will be a need for you to be focused but flexible as you will be working alongside our Credit Controller and other Sales Ledger Processors to ensure that all financial aspects are completed properly.
