Credit Controller Vacancy Stockport

Location: Head Office - Hazel Grove - Stockport

Salary: Up to £25,000

Term: Full-time, Permanent


 We are a small dynamic business who supply Innovative solutions to the construction industry.  We are currently investing in our Credit Control Team, as our business has grown significantly over the past 2 years; and have recently been ranked 26th best company to work for.

 About You

  • Some experience of Cash Collection is essential via email and phone
  • You must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • You will thrive on being a hands-on team player with an outgoing personality

Outline of the Job

  • Chase overdue debts & collect payments for up to 350 accounts
  • Maintain a sensitive customer relationship
  • Put accounts on Stop where appropriate
  • Ensure all chase letters are sent in line with cash collection process
  • Escalate overdue accounts to the Senior Credit Controller
  • Other duties as requested
