Inbound Sales /Account Manager

Location: Head Office - Hazel Grove - Stockport

Salary: £18,000.00 to £21,000.00 /year

Term: Full Time Monday to Friday (NO WEEKEND WORK)

Candidates must be comfortable with dealing with inbound enquiries and calling our existing clients to develop their own portfolio as well as develop relationships with existing clients.

  • We are looking for Hire Controllers to provide exceptional service, build relationships and help our customers see us as the number one choice when it comes to hire.

PAL Hire is a plant, machinery and equipment hire specialist. We provide a simple and easy solution for all types of companies to hire multiple items of equipment all over the UK

The great thing is we offer business customers access to 1000’s of hire items anywhere in the country – this is a huge market place, with a great opportunity to develop you.

What you will be doing

  • Dealing with all inbound calls and online leads, identifying our customer needs and finding appropriate solutions
  • Making Development Calls to Warm and Historic (they have used us already!) companies to develop your own portfolio – by asking them two simple questions (what they use and when is the next time they need to hire!)
  • Client negotiation, quotation and drafting proposals
  • Management of enquiry pipeline and follow up process
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and maximizing account growth opportunities
  • Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels and maintaining customer records
  • Generating Revenue and achieving company targets
  • Negotiating pricing and sourcing appropriate suppliers from our approved supplier list
